Ordering your custom oil painting from Painted Picture Perfect is simple, personal, and completely stress-free. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

1. Choose Your Painting

Start by selecting the size and style of oil painting you’d like. Whether it’s a single subject or a group of up to four people or pets, you can tailor the painting to suit your vision.

2. Upload Your Image

Once you’ve chosen your product, you’ll be prompted to upload the photo(s) you’d like us to work from. You can also add a short brief to guide the artist — whether it’s specific colours, backgrounds, or a special request like merging multiple images.

3. Pay a 20% Deposit

To begin your order, we require a 20% deposit, payable securely through our website. This allows us to allocate your painting to one of our skilled artists and start the creative process.

4. Our Artist Gets to Work

Once your order is confirmed, our experienced artist begins painting your piece by hand. Most paintings take around two weeks to complete. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

5. Online Proofing & Revisions

When the initial version of your painting is ready, we’ll send you a digital proof via email. You’ll have the opportunity to request unlimited revisions — we’ll keep refining it until you’re completely happy.

6. Complete Your Order

Once you’ve approved the final proof, you’ll receive a notification and invoice for the remaining balance. Payment can be made securely through your online account.

7. Delivery to Your Door

After the balance is paid, your finished oil painting will be carefully packaged and dispatched. You’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.
