Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our process, paintings, and what to expect. 1. How do I place an order?

Simply pay a small deposit to get started, upload the photos you’d like us to work from, and include a short brief describing your vision for the painting. We’ll take care of the rest!

2. What types of portraits do you offer?

We create hand-painted oil portraits of people, pets, or a mix of both — with up to four subjects per painting. We also specialise in merged portraits, combining images of loved ones who may never have met.

3. Can I see the painting before it’s finished?

Yes. You’ll receive an online proof of your painting via email within approximately two weeks. You’ll be able to review and request any changes before it’s finalised.

4. What if I want something changed in the painting?

No problem — we offer unlimited revisions. We’ll continue to make adjustments until you’re completely happy with your portrait. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

5. When do I pay the full amount?

You only pay the full balance once you’ve approved the final proof. We’ll send a payment link to your account, and your painting will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

6. How long does the process take?

From placing your deposit to receiving your final painting, the process typically takes 3–4 weeks. This includes the painting time, revisions, final approval, and delivery.

7. What kind of photos should I upload?

High-quality, clear photos with good lighting work best. If you’re unsure, feel free to upload a few and we’ll advise on which is most suitable for painting.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily serve customers in the UK, but if you’re overseas, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Can I include multiple people or pets in one painting?

Yes — we can include up to four subjects in a single painting. They don’t need to be in the same original photo either; we can merge different images seamlessly.

10. What if I’m not happy with the final painting?
